Return Policy

Here at At Work Uniforms, we strive to provide you with exceptional Customer Service, a vast array of products and services as well as competitive pricing. To continue to be a premiere international supplier we have updated our return policy.

Time Frame

-No merchandise will be accepted for return after 30 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise

-Including all samples shipped at no charge. After 30 days, you will be invoiced, fees may apply

Return and Restocking Fees

-Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the returned products

-Shipping charges may apply

-There is a minimum restocking fee of $5.00 for all products

Requirements

-Your item(s) must be in its original, unused condition to be returned, unless there is a defect or a decoration defect

-A return authorization shipping label will be provided only for acceptable returns, which are as follows:

              -Defect, At Work Uniforms error, At Work Uniforms decoration error or damage

-All other returns must be returned at the customer's expense

Exclusions

-We will not accept returns for items that have been washed, worn or ordered incorrectly under any circumstances

-Merchandise that was not sold by At Work Uniforms will be returned to customer at customer's expense or disposed of by At Work Uniforms

-Discontinued or closeout items are not returnable

-Custom and made-to-order apparel are none returnable

-We reserve the right to ask for photographic or other evidence of a defect

-We reserve the right not to permit a return if we believe in our sole discretion you are abusing the return policy

-Please contact customer service if you have any questions at (251) 981-6701. If the return is acceptable, you will be issued a Return Authorization number

-Include in your package your Return Authorization letter as well as a copy of your invoice and/or packing slip.
